Marable-Pirkle Services, LLC (MPS, LLC)

Brief History of Company

 In 1946, E. F. Marable founded a company to install telephone lines throughout Georgia.  During that year, C. J. Pirkle joined Mr. Marable and they expanded their services to include the installation and maintenance of electrical transmission and distribution lines and substations.  They served Electric Membership Cooperatives, municipalities, and private industries.  That company was Marable-Pirkle, Inc. 

In 1988, Marable-Pirkle Services, Inc. (MPS)  was formed as an offshoot of Marable-Pirkle, Inc. and from assets split out of Marable-Pirkle, Inc.  Five years later, in February 1993, MPS moved its offices to Cleveland, Tennessee.  Recently, the company was reorganized into an LLC and is now known as Marable-Pirkle Services, LLC (MPS, LLC).
